No automatic question overage charges. If you reach your monthly allowance, additional questions stop until the next monthly allowance or you choose a higher plan. Enterprise workspaces can purchase extra questions when needed.

ObiAnswers is a company knowledge assistant built with small businesses in mind. Your team can ask about your policies, prices, and procedures and get guidance from the documents you upload, with sources they can check.

Supported answers come from your approved company documents and manager-published Approved Answers. Obi includes source references. If it cannot find enough verified information, it tells the employee and offers a way to ask a manager.
No. Upload a PDF, Word, or text document, invite your team, and start asking questions in plain language.
Yes. Upload clear instructions for your company software or everyday procedures. Employees can ask questions like ‘How do I generate a ticket?’ and get guidance based on those instructions. Obi explains the steps; it does not operate your software for you.
Monthly plans are $20 for Starter, $50 for Business, and $100 for Enterprise, per workspace. Each includes a listed allowance for questions, team members, documents, and storage. Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at $204, $504, and $996. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
Obi uses included monthly question allowances, not pay-as-you-go question billing. When your workspace reaches its allowance, additional questions are blocked. You can wait for the next monthly allowance or choose a higher plan. Enterprise owners can also buy extra questions at 2¢ each using the slider in Settings. Unused extra questions carry over; Obi does not automatically charge question overages.
