Company knowledge

Build a knowledge library your team can trust

A practical starting point for organizing the policies and instructions your team uses every day.

Start with everyday questions

List the questions your managers answer repeatedly: refund rules, service prices, opening procedures, and the steps for common tasks. Collect the approved documents that answer those questions first. A small, useful library is easier to maintain than a large collection nobody understands.

Keep ownership clear

Give each source an owner who can check it when a policy changes. Use clear filenames and replace outdated versions. In OBI, you can upload and version documents, then archive sources your team should no longer rely on.

Check the source

Ask a few real questions after processing completes. Follow the source references and check whether the guidance matches your approved policies. When a question needs judgment, involve a manager instead of treating an incomplete answer as a final decision.
